No explanation or compensation was provided and we were asked to contact Expedia since the booking was done through a third party. "The hotel is advertised as handicap accessible. My husband uses a wheelchair and couldn’t get in the hotel on the stairs. We had to find another place and the two nights we booked were nonrefundable. False advertising. Total disappointment! "

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room.
