"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel was lovely, with great facilities and a beautiful setting. However, there were a few areas where we felt communication which could be improved. It would have been helpful to receive more information on arrival about the hotel facilities, what was included in our all-inclusive package, and any additional costs. We often felt that we had to find this information out for ourselves, and unfortunately, not all of the reception staff were as helpful or informative as we would have expected.
For example, depending on your all-inclusive status, only two of the pools are available without an additional charge. The adults-only pool has an extra charge, as does another pool. The beach sunbeds also cost €10 each, with a further €5 charge for a sunshade. We feel this information should be made clearer to guests when they arrive.
Reception does have a useful map of Supetar showing where to purchase ferry and bus tickets, but again, we only found this out by asking.
We also had an issue with the facilities available for guests with a late departure. As check-out is at 10am, we asked if there was somewhere we could leave our luggage. We were initially told that we could leave our luggage and that a room would be available for us to change and shower. However, when we returned later, a different receptionist told us that we could only change in the toilet. Overall we had a lovely stay and Supetar is a great place to visit"
