"We chose this hotel because of its strong reviews, but our experience was disappointing from start to finish. After a delayed flight we arrived at around 2am. Room service had finished at 11pm, there was only a packet of nuts in the minibar, and we were greeted by an unfriendly notice warning guests not to consume their own food and drink in the room. The room was cold and we couldn't get the heating to work. The next morning there was no hot water for a bath and we were told to let it run for...

"We arrived about 6:30 on a rainy evening after a long and trying road trip from Sofia Bulgaria, and after being detoured from Google's preferred route due to road closure, crossing the not too friendly border into North Macedonia at a mountain pass, and nailed by a speed trap about 20 miles later. "Great hotel Great breakfast Great service"

"Room was small but very clean; breakfast had excellent options and location was great."

"Ein sauberes, helles Zimmer, gastfreundliches Personal, Frühstück sehr gut, ich hätte mir nur Kaffetassen aus Porzelan gewünscht anstatt aus Pappbechern zu trinken. Den Pool haben wir nicht ausprobiert"

"We had a wonderful time at the Teight. The location is prime, only a block from the waterfront near the White Tower. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the business lounge was quite serviceable. We will be back!"
