"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "Im großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren im Gästehaus untergebracht, unser Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon der bepflanzt und mit Möbeln ausgestattet war. Für das Frühstück musste man ein Stück die Straße hinunter ins Haupthaus. Dieses war sehr frisch und zweckmäßig. Die Frühstücksdame und ihre Helferin waren sehr bemüht und mega nett 👍👍👍 Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist direkt an der Mosel, im Weinberg und nach Cochem kann man laufen wenn man gut zu Fuß ist...
