The day of checking in, tried to call to get their address, multiple times. Firstly reckoned there was no booking. Then refused to answer the calls. Arrived in Voi late evening, managed to phone them to get directions to the place, up a rough dirt track which was impossible to follow. Finally sent a person on a...
