When we arrived The Porter brought our bags down the mountain for us and Niko at the front desk took very good care of us. The only issue I had was that the property was advertised as including a 24/7 shuttle service, which was not accurate. There was an additional charge of 30 euros, even though the airport is only approximately 5 kilometers from the hotel. I found the charge excessive and the advertisement misleading."

For a 5 star hotel and the amount paid, I was shocked to find out that bottled water wasn't even complimentary - I've stayed in many hotels (3* - 5*) and bottled water has always been complimentary. 2. Again, for a 5 star hotel, there was no iron available in the room. Had to make a call and use a shared one. 3. We were 2 guests in one room yet the amenities were for 1 guest only. Again, never come across this in any other hotel I've stayed at over the years. 4. They don't put out UHT milk in the rooms, only coffee creamer. Had to ask the bar for milk, was an inconvenience. 5."
