There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. Amazingly the hosts replied when we called at almost midnight and they did sort it out and come give us a key. "We had a great stay as a family of four in the Mini House. Kitty and her family could not have been more welcoming. The house was perfect for our needs for a one night stay, exactly as described and very clean throughout. We especially enjoyed being able to use the pool and seeing the animals. The Mini House is situated in a peaceful location, yet close to amenities. We would definitely stay there again."
