"We arrived off season , We felt like the hotel was in a sleepy mood, we arrived late and although the reception was working all the lights at the loby where shut. In general it felt like the hotel has great potential, but even the pool was drained. The breakfast was served in a very small portions and didn't felt fresh. "It suited my purpose. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Only disappointed that when I arrived early all the way from America, they didn't allow me to check in for several hours when the place was empty, and they didn't offer to let me leave my heavy backpack with them while I waited. I had to walk around with it for a long time. Also, it was a hot day, and when I asked how to use the air conditioner in the room, rather then just pleasantly give me the remote for it, I had to hear a comment about it...

"My Stay at the ark was fantastic, Had an issue with the TV not having channels and the receptionist had a maintenance man there within the hour. Rooms are fantastic AC was quiet :) and parking lot right outside the building. Will definetly be a return customer. Check in was also seemless got a message with codes for front door and room key lockbox if arriving after hours."

"As a seasoned traveller, I have never experienced such bad service from management. A complete lack of communication, examples..breakfast times were changed and not advised on check-in. We were blamed for not advising them what time we would arrive for breakfast, regardless of set breakfast times. I can't rate the breakfast, not worth the additional cost, many local cafes offering a great breakfast. Not advised on parking rebates, as a result we paid the full price, management stated we should...
