A two-story house with 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5, and a stunning view of the lake—all furnished in a '50s style!
You’ll have access to a fully equipped “American Diner”-style kitchen, a “garage”-style bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a cozy lounge area, 2 spacious terraces overlooking the lake, a romantic “Hawaiian”-style master bedroom, and a fun “Surf”-style guest room.
Both the bedrooms and the dining room offer a stunning view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Every evening, you can admire sunsets that will take your breath away!
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and you’ll have 2 Smart TVs at your disposal.
You’ll also have parking for 2 cars (1 covered spot for a compact car + 1 in the courtyard).
To complete the “fifties” experience, on weekends you can also reserve a 1950s American car for a drive around the lake and take some beautiful photos (by reservation and subject to availability).
THINGS TO DO AND SEE IN THE AREA:
The house is located in the town center, right on the historic “Via Francigena,” and is just a few minutes’ walk from the lake, where you can take long walks along the lakeshore and enjoy a meal or a drink at one of the many bars and restaurants nearby.
For nature lovers, there’s no shortage of forests and green spaces. There are also trails for cycling and mountain biking.
For water sports enthusiasts, in addition to fishing, the lake offers opportunities to try sailing, windsurfing, water skiing/wakeboarding, paddleboarding, rowing, and much more.
There are also swimming pools, tennis courts, padel courts, and a large go-kart track, all just a few minutes away on foot or by car.
Among the nearby towns worth visiting are Ivrea, known for its carnival, where the famous “Battle of the Oranges” takes place. Or Biella, the scenic town of Zegna, and the Sanctuary of Oropa.
There are also smaller towns such as Piverone with its “Cantina Regionale della Serra,” or Candelo with its famous “Ricetto Medievale,” and the picturesque “Masino Castle,” open to visitors, where you can take stunning photos.
Turin is about 30 minutes away, Milan is about an hour away, and the Aosta Valley—whose mountains can be admired against the backdrop of the lake—is less than an hour away.
