"Wer einen etwas ruhigeren Strand abseits der großen Touristenhochburgen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Feiner Sandstrand, nur 150 m Fußweg zum Wasser. Ein eigener Strandkorb gehört zur Wohnung. Der Blick aufs Meer war jederzeit möglich. Aus der Haustür heraus befand sich direkt vor Ort die Möglichkeit einen kleinen Imbiss oder auch ein Eis, Pizza oder Fisch zu essen. "Das Appartement Hanse am Kütertor ist eine tolle Fewo und genauso wie im Internet beschrieben. Sie ist sehr zentral in Stralsund gelegen, alles Sehenswerte ist faktisch um die Ecke. Das Parkhaus vom Meereskundemuseum ist nahe gelegen. Was allerdings passiert, wenn dieses mal "voll", keine Ahnung! Bei uns waren noch 20 Plätze frei und man musste nach einem Platz ganz schön suchen. Einen extra reservierten Platz für die Fewo wäre hier wünschenswert!!!Wir waren etwas früher am Anreisetag vor Ort,...

Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich ruhig, idyllisch und ideal zum Entspannen.Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die herzlichen Schörnigs, die uns jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite standen. "Pros: Ein Traum in einem wunderschönen Gutshaus. Ruhe Pur, genau das wollten wir in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, alles sehr, sehr sauber. Keine Zäune, freier Blick über die Landschaft, kein Straßenlärm. Einfach nach Lust und Laune mal rausgehen und über die Felder spazieren oder lange lesen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und wert näher kennen zu lernen."

"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."
