"The place was very close to SM Mall of Asia. The view of our hotel was the beautiful Manila Bay. The staff were very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating.
As you enter, the hotel smells really good. The hotel has a scanner which makes the guests feel safe.
The room is a bit small compared to the hotel we have stayed in within the price range. The bathroom doors are facing the beds and not totally closed. There’s a gap between the two glass panels. You still need privacy even if you’re with your family.
The design was too modern that clothes hanger is between the restroom and beds. I wish there was a closet for clothes.
Lastly, we asked for some disposable utensils (spoon and fork), but it was not for free or offered as complementary. Instead, you have to pay 50 pesos for a pair of disposable spoon and fork. A small thing, though. However, with the price we paid, providing free plastic spoons and forks should be a part of their customer service."
