"Customer Service and porters need to have some courtesy... My experience..firstly at the restaurant we waited about 45mns to 1hr for the lunch to come thru... 2ndly..my checkout....I was told to wait at the foyer for my luggage...receptionist forgot to tell the porter until approached her again after 25-30mns... I had to return a rental car before I board my flight.... There are still areas need to be strengthened otherwise I'm ok.... As I'm a regular visitor back to Fiji...and Gateway is very convenient...in and out.. Thanks"

"Everything was really good overall, and I enjoyed my stay. However, I would appreciate it if the hotel could provide a wider range of TV channels, particularly Sky and sports channels. For such a large property, it was surprising that there were no Sky channels available and only a few basic TV channels. Many guests enjoy watching live sports, and the hotel welcomes travellers from a wide range of backgrounds, including Indian, Chinese, and other ethnic communities, who may appreciate having more diverse entertainment options. I would strongly recommend that the hotel consider adding Sky and other sports and international channels to better accommodate its guests. Thank you for considering this feedback."
