"I love the well kept grounds and the clean condo that I found. The concierge was great. This was handled by text and anything we needed was provided quickly, within 15 minutes. The activities were fun for my granddaughter and grandson. The indoor pool was too crowded and had too much chlorine, but the outdoor pool looked wonderful. It was just too cool to be open yet. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"The property was as described, except for the AC not working when we arrived. There was not any advance communication about the air, though the property processed full payment prior to our arrival. We were provided the notice that the air was not working at the end of the check-in process. Additionally, we were advised that the air was fixed later in the evening but the room was still warm throughout the night. The next morning when I notified the front desk that the room was still warm I was advised that maintenance should have been by to reset the thermostat. The front desk staff reset the thermostat following my inquiry. Throughout our stay there were guest complaining about not having air. Communication and response to this matter was not handled properly."

"Love the rooms and the property grounds. Everything is clean however the indoor pool, which was the main reason for staying here was a huge disappointment full of unruly kids, not being watched by their parents. Honestly, I think some of them were sneaking in to use the facilities and not actually staying there, I do think management should find a way to oversee the indoor pool that way it’s enjoyable for everybody. "The hotel itself was very clean, in a great location, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We really appreciated how convenient everything was and how well the property was maintained. However, the breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. It was far too expensive for what was offered. The food quality was poor—particularly the scrambled eggs, which were honestly some of the worst we’ve had. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the restaurant, even the glasses had an unpleasant smell, which made for a very bad start to the day. Overall, while the hotel and staff were great, the dining experience needs serious improvement."
