I love their open breakfast concept (great for someone who doesn't like to eat before 10/11am). Pool was under construction but looked like it was going to be amazing. If I ever find myself back in Hibbing, I will definitely be staying here again. "

"Loved Motel Ely! Super friendly/helpful proprietor offered plenty of recommendations for restaurants. Rooms are not standard modern soulless fare. Mismatched furnishings, midcentury-style mini fridges, unusual bathroom sink/toilets... but everything is spotless and functional. One of our 2 rooms had a great mural, both featured shiplap wood walls. Affordable and cozy. Also right on Sheridan St in Ely, making it easy to explore town on foot. Highly recommend."
