We welcome you to our spacious, three-story townhomes, fully furnished and stocked with everything you need for an unforgettable stay in our vibrant city. Located just five blocks from the oceanfront and boardwalk, it's only an 8-10 minute walk across a few pedestrian walkways on the two main streets to reach the beach. Our vacation homes are also within walking distance to Atlantic Park (the new wave park located on 18th Street), the Sports Center, Convention Center, ViBe Creative District, and some of our favorite local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Nestled in the close-knit Old Beach neighborhood, these rentals put you right in the heart of it all.

LOCATION & ACCESS The houses line 22nd Street with direct access to the Interstate, but you'll enjoy quiet access from the rear alley behind the townhouses. Here, you'll find parking spaces for all 14 houses with walkways leading to each home. Enter through the back door using the keyless entry keypad.

GROUND FLOOR This four-bedroom modern farmhouse-style townhome features hardwood floors downstairs and plush carpeted bedrooms upstairs. Enter through the rear French doors into a spacious, open-concept kitchen and living area with high ceilings. The living space is perfect for gatherings, with a large TV and a porch with chairs. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare meals.

The ground floor also includes a large laundry room with a side by side washer and dryer, vacuum, broom, iron, and ironing board. The dining room features a large farmhouse table with seating for up to 8 people, and a powder room is conveniently located on the first floor.

This house boasts four beautifully decorated bedrooms which are dispersed among the second and third floors. Please note, there are steep stairs in these homes. The primary suite, located on the second floor, features a king-sized bed, a large TV with basic cable, a private porch with rockers as well as a master bath and large walk-in closet. There is a large bathroom located in the second floor hallway for the two queen-sized bedrooms. The third floor features the twin bunk bed (double + twin size bunk bed) bedroom and a large loft space for lounging and TV watching, perfect for the kiddos or a place to get away for some quiet time.

Also on the third floor - A multi-game room featuring vintage arcade games like Pac-Man, Galaga, and more. There is also now a multi-sport game table, inclusive of air hockey, and pool for kids and adults of all ages.

Pull out futon available for additional sleeping. Please let us know if you plan to use those as we will need to provide additional linens.

Each house on this property offers on-site private parking for two vehicles.

There are three smart TVs throughout the house.

We provide two towel sets per bedroom (more available upon request for a linen rental fee). A starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels provided, as well. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. There is a standard coffee maker in each home and the kitchens are equipped with essentials for cooking and preparing meals. Free WiFi in all houses.

In terms of location, our property is in the heart of Virginia Beach and walking distance to the best restaurants, night life and live entertainment. The Sports Center, Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center are walking distance as well. Golf courses, putt putt golf, ice cream shops, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues and other entertainment activities are nearby.

IMPORTANT POINTS
We do not provide beach towels or beach equipment. Both are available for rentals through local partnerships.
Two guaranteed parking spaces per rental. Municipal parking garages are available for additional cars.
No early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season (May through September). Check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 10:30 AM.
Upon booking confirmation, you'll receive a login for our guest app, providing access to information and rental services. All equipment rentals will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure.
