"Very nice and spacious inside, clean, quiet and host was helpful and accommodating!"

"Really cute spot, great location. Everything is comfortable and clean."

"I had a wonderful stay! It was clean, and comfortable, and close to everything, making it easy to walk almost everywhere. The host was responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"The unit was so clean and tidy it was a pleasure to stay there. The hosts left many options for entertainment and a guide book if you wanted to check out town. The location was extremely quiet which was nice. The yard looked like a nice place to hang out, but we just happened to show up on the hottest day of the summer. We would definitely stay here again."

"Hosted with the utmost care and flexibility. The property is beautiful and exceptionally appointed. Very Clean, plenty of linens/towels, a coffee bar that any coffee aficionado would enjoy, and a spa to relax. The kitchen has almost anything you’d need to cook and serve a full meal, including spices. Washer and dryer was super helpful. Neighborhood has virtually no traffic and the neighbors are quiet. The location is easy, close to downtown and UI. Easy drive to surrounding cities-Pullman, etc....

"One of the best rentals I’ve been in! Effective communication about the property and quick responses to any questions. It was a perfect place for my family and had complimentary water and snacks which was totally unexpected and appreciated. Lots of places to eat within walking distance, and the property includes anything we may have needed (toiletries, extra towels, linens, etc.)."

"We loved our stay at this beautiful retreat, which offers a massive apartment complete with children toys and a full kitchen with a Keurig. The property is exceptionally quiet and serves as an ideal sanctuary to unplug, connect with nature, and enjoy quality family time without interruptions."

"I was in town for the Grazing Hills Fiber Festival to sell my beautiful alpaca fiber and needed somewhere cool and quiet to spend the weekeend nights. It was a cute studio, with everything I needed! The AC unit blocked out the upstairs footsteps, which helped. Parking was great! And nice to be able to walk to food! Will consider staying here next summer. Thank you!"

"Great place to stay. Comfortable bed and very clean. You do have to navigate stairs up to this place however, it wasn't an issue for me. Easy parking and close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood location."

"Great place to stay!"

"Fantastic stay!!! The home was accurate to the listing, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Erin was quick to communicate and made check-in seamless. Great location and host—10/10"

"Very clean and plenty of parking.."

"Perfect place for our family to stay while dropping one of our boys off for college. Easy walk to downtown and plenty of room for us and our six children. One point of concern was our ten year old got scared when a person we did not know accessed the basement without any prior communication with us. Other than that incident, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Clean and adorable house."

"Consider putting wooden dowels on window sills for the windows that do not lock. Very clean, good location"

"It was great!"
