"I was in Cheney for my nephew’s wedding and this was a perfect spot to avoid dealing with Wichita traffic. The space is super cute and very comfy!"

"Super efficient communication and very honorable owner! Highly recommend!!"

"Great place to stay. New clean"

"This little home away from home was just the ticket for my stay in Wichita with my grandson. Easy on and off interstate 235, but far enough away to be quiet."

"As a travel nurse, finding a place with all the amenities I needed was a huge bonus. This cute little home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access, making it convenient to get anywhere quickly. Although it’s close to the freeway, the traffic noise didn’t bother me since I’m used to city living. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travel nurses."

"Great space"

"Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. "

"The only recommendation we had for the owner was to include instructions for the Google Nest thermostat. Also wish VRBO would ask hosts to include bedroom configurations to indicate what levels bedrooms/bathrooms are located. An architectural layout is not always available and even when included, not always easy to read. Adding a search or filter option to find single level homes would also be helpful!"

"This was a great property. It is an older home and has its older home quirks, but they did not hinder our comfort, sense of security, or stay. It’s a great fenced yard for our dogs with green grass and great shade from the tree. The additional space in the basement also offered perfect privacy and idea of distance for our teenage daughter. It also stayed nice and cool down there for dogs in their kennels while we were out. If we are ever in Wichita again, we would definitely book again!"

"The home is very beautiful. It has a lot of charm. The neighbor hood was quiet. I would definitely reserve it again and recommend to others."

"The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. "

"House was nicely decorated. Beds comfortable and very clean. Close to Botanica, Old Town and Tanganyika. A great vacation experience!"

"Check in was fine. Host was fairly easy to communicate with."

"The home was clean. No problems at all with communication with the host. Overall, a great experience."

"Very nice property!"

"Basement was a little ugly"

"Good property with plenty of amenities and close to everything."
