I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. "The hotel is quite old but well equipped and well maintenance. It got its own private Spa or hot springs mineral water pool, which it is so unique and so pleasant able. Breakfast was superb. "
