El personal si bien fue correcto, con 38 grados de temperatura adujo condiciones de seguridad alimentaria para negarse a guardar en el refrigerador embutidos que había comprado en Parma, tampoco había expendedor de hielo. Había parking disponible."

"Tutto era perfetto. È molto comodo perché è vicino alla fermata dell'autobus per andare a Torino quando vogliamo. Solo le bevande nel frigorifero non erano chiare per essere qualcosa per quale dovevo pagare per i stranieri. Grazie mille!!!"

"AC was not very good, the beds were very stiff, and in general the hotel is quite outdated. Room was clean, breakfast was good."

"What a fabulous hotel. Clean, huge room, great facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful building and in a safe area - not that I saw anywhere in Turin that was unsafe. Less than 5 mins from the train station that goes direct to the airport or Porta Susa station in the city centre. 10 mins from an Aldi supermarket if you need anything. When I come back to Turin, this is the only place I will want to stay. "

"The staff is great which helps the overall stay at the hotel. Another good thing is the proximity of the bus stops and pretty much everything you need is not too far when walking. The actual hotel is very very old. The design but also things like the AC which is very outdated and did not work for the full month we stayed there. We didn’t have wifi for almost 2 weeks since the hotel just didn’t seem to care that no one had wifi for so long. There is a lot of dust and the property is visually not...
