"The room is not as described, the air conditioning is not working, wifi is not connecting, lacking amenities, very bad"

"This place is not suitable for any travelor. The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned. Here are some issues we found: Lack of security- The front door can open inwards and outwards because the door frame is loose. Lack of cleanliness- The couch has an odor, hair was found on the sheets, pair of panties found in a...

"I booked for one night and was shocked by someone else can tap roomcard and access to my room while i was in the room. Reported to reception but they have no idea who and said aill check camera. Not feel safe at all"

"The apartment is not called Phongliem 2. Phong Liem is the name of the property management company. They manage other properties from Phongliem 1-3. The ones labeled 'Family Apartment' are correct while the ones labeled 'City Apartment' is not this location. You can tell from the balcony pictures, the...
