"Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!"

"This was the perfect place for our family to stay to attend our son’s fire academy graduation. We had 4 elderly people and ourselves and it was very accessible for all of us. The house is spacious and it is located in a cute neighborhood , close to town and with plenty of options if you enjoy going for walks. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my communications!"

"Very cute house and well equipped kitchen for longer stays. "

"Excellent hosts, with an even better property. They took care of us and accommodated our needs more than we could ever ask for. thank you."

"My room was perfect! Bed and pillows were yummy!!! I will try to stay here whenever I go back to Chico, Ca. Perfectly situated close to restaurants and highway. I absolutely recommend staying here!!!"

"Three nights here with my partner felt just right. The bed was comfy and the cable TV had plenty of channels to choose from."

"We recently came into town for a Chico State Rugby reunion and to stay and check on our rental property there. Honestly this house was great, spacious and had everything we needed. I still gave this 5 stars but I do want to note that when we arrived we found that someone had left their spit container for chewing tobacco in the kitchen on the floor. In addition, I sent two messages to the host through Expedia which weren't responded to prior to our trip dates. I finally was able to get ahold...

"Thank you, Chelsea, from the bottom of my heart, for your quick responses and support during one of the hardest weekends in my life. As a Chico native, it was so comforting to have a quiet, comfortable place to retreat to while my mom's Memorial service and associated events happened in Chico. I would love to stay in your place again for a more relaxing weekend! "

"Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood."

"Pictures of house were bright and beautiful. Actual house was dark stained and looked like it needs some definite tlc."

"This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth....

"The property was clean, nicely decorated with beautiful dish sets and unexpected extras such as an iron, hair straightener, blow dryer, ice ready to use in the freezer and plenty of towels."

"Love staying here, it was close to town but enough outside of it so you don’t feel like you’re in the mess. Only had one slight snafu with the air-conditioning where I thought it was on, but only had the fan going so it got extremely hot. Luckily, the host was very responsive, and I got the place cooled down rather quickly. I love the fact that they had bikes in the garage that could be used to go into town without using the car. I definitely would like to stay here again."

"Location is key! Walking distance to everything we needed. All accommodations met! Definitely pet-friendly. We’ll be back! "
