"Check inn was good, dinner great, room nice however due to room location once I’d gone to bed the team decided to have dinner at the table directly adjacent to my room so it was very noisy also the check out lady refused to believe that we’d prepaid for our rooms & insisted we pay again despite email evidence form Expedia, she was also extremely rude & deliberately unhelpful."

"Room was ok but it was in the eaves with very little headroom for the person sleeping on that side of the bed. The room and bathroom were clean. There was only electric sockets on one side of the bed and the bed lights were both operated by one switch, at one side of the bed."

"Zimmersauberkeit nur Durchschnitt. Tür repariert und Schließblech mit weißem Klebeband verschönert das es nicht auffällt. Der gesamte Schriftverkehr lief nur in Englisch. Im Bad war ein Handtuch für den Boden nach dem Duschen bereitgelegt. Normale Handtücher fehlten komplett. Email Anfrage hierzu wurde bis heute nicht beantwortet. Ich hatte das Hotel für 2 Wochen später nochmals reserviert, die Reservierung habe ich aber am Tag der Einzelübernachtung direkt storniert. Der Preis für EINE NACHT...
