  • Located in the Bastide district and close to all amenities, the location of this apartment on the first floor of a city center building will be ideal for your "Chill and Work" stays in our beautiful city!

    2 steps from the cathedral, 3 from the Place Lafayette and the Allées gourmandes, 10 minutes from the bus station.

    The neighborhood: You can of course find any type of business nearby (tobacconist, newsagent, bakery, mini-market etc...)

    Foodies will enjoy coming to Villeneuve-Sur-Lot, as you will have access to markets throughout the week:

    On Tuesday mornings, all year round, the large market takes place on Place de la Libération (food) and Boulevard Palissy (textiles).

    On Wednesday mornings, Place d'Aquitaine takes place an exclusively organic market.

    On Saturday mornings there is another large traditional market on Place Lafayette (fruit and vegetables) and Parvis de St-Catherine's Church (food & textile).

    And in summer, it's the gourmet night market that brightens up the Place Centrale Lafayette on Friday evenings from 6:30 p.m.

    From Tuesday to Sunday, you will find fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and delicatessen products and other delicacies at the very pretty Allées Gourmandes.PGJyPg
    8 minutes by car from the village of Pujols 25 minutes from the village of Monflanquin labeled among "the most beautiful villages in France" where hiking enthusiasts can take long walks.
    Bike tours also exist from Villeneuve-Sur-Lot.

    Walygator Park (formerly Walibi) is a 40-minute drive away in Agen.
