"This is not a new or even renovated property . The rooms are not clean - very old stained everything . Night manager sitting at a sofa no shoes on using his phone. Maintenance man wandering around with his ankle tracking device in plain site. This did not make me feel comfortable"

"This was an adequate location for my one night stay for a graduation even in Green Bay. All closer locations were booked with a major concert in the area. I was happy with everything overall, but the construction in the area was tough to manage to get to the highway. I know the hotel can't control that, but it did create some additional stress for me to get to and from Green Bay."

"Friendly staff. Carpet in room was old, stained. The wall A/C unit made 2 loud clicking noises every time it started up. Ice machine on my floor was out of order. Fair price though."
