"Only ate breakfast once. Bacon and Eggs were ok. Pastries fine. It was ok. Had trouble getting a warm shower. Maintenance came and got it working so wife and I could shower but next morning, it wouldn’t get hot. Seems like a problem. The bar is very tiny, staff friendly, we had a drink but very small room. Seemed to attract other guest later that evening. Location was very nice, off a relatively quiet street, large room but the bed is very hard and the pillows were the flattest pillows I have even seen. Too many switches to turn off lights on the first night. Lots of great restaurants to choose nearby. Pizza place below was my favorite. "

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

"Ok. Not great. Not bad. Just ok. Our room was clean but had a set of stairs and an outside door right outside our room. Our neighbours came back at 1:30am two nights and woke us up, not because the were noisy, but because the shared door was so close to us. I don’t think the location is particularly good. It’s 12 minutes walk from Termini which is why we chose it but 30 minutes walk to the nearest must-see sight. If you want a fancy hotel that’s near the sights, book elsewhere. "
