"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"The house is actually 3 br 3.5 bath. Each room has its own bathroom and there is a half bath on the first floor. There is only 1 TV in the entire house and it's in the living room. Which is designed to be the main room for entertaining. Each room has a mini split a/C unit and the first floor has 2 mini splits. One in the living room and one in the kitchen.
