Fortunately, nothing was missing from the room, however, the door must have been unsecured for the whole day since the room was cleaned by the hotel staff. "First and foremost, this is a nice hotel. Clean, good amenities, wifi, Smart TV and top class service. It even has a terrace and patio. They have water and tea available in the lobby. They will even provide free luggage storage for a few hours either before or after your stay. Well maintained property, nice artsy yet modern. Excellent location right around the corner from El Ateneo Grand bookstore. Plenty to see and do nearby. Bus stop is less than a block away and it connects you to all parts...

"Room was clean and spacious, had a mini-kitchen. WiFi worked very well. Gym was rather small, but did the job. They have heated pool that looked very nice. They offered massage, but be aware you have to book ahead of time. Staff was very nice. They let me store my suitcase for a few days after checkout, while I went exploring small towns of Patagonia."
