"Very good property with very clean rooms and information was clear all along the process. Great for families as it’s next to the main mall in Temuco"

"When I arrived at the property, the property managers overbooked the hostel (I was never given an official reason but the attendant said they could not find my reservation number at check-in) and I was forced to go to another hostel further away and with worse amenities. "Family and friendly peoples"

"Un hotel seguro, la gente muy amable"

"Nice place"

"Kristin and James, the owners and operators of the Spectra Lodge are wonderful and their love their creation and you can feel it the moment you step in. They have extended knowledge of the area activities and love to share that with their guests. Kristin is excellent chef so you will enjoy included breakfast and definitely should try the optional dinner. The rooms are very clean comfortable, we slept really well. We really enjoyed after dinner conversation and hear stories about their travels. "
