"La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites...

I felt the price of the accommodation was very expensive especially as it was out of season, indeed the same villa is now 500 euros less than we paid. Wenn man dort nicht rechtzeitig zur Öffnung kommt, kann es Wartezeit geben, da nur ein Mitarbeiter. Von allen Schäden gibt es Fotos. Im oberen Stockwerk hatten wir in jedem Badezimmer Probleme mit Toilette, Toilettenspülung und Duschen. 3 Tage hatten wir mit Handwerkern zu tun, was unsere Urlaubszeit gekostet hat. "The view of the waterfront was stunning. We loved to stand on the balcony and enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable and loved shower and bath option. The only downside was that the walls are thinner and you can hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. We were tired so it did not hurt our stay. If you want parking book it ahead of time. There are not many spots, you park in a circle in front or offsite. If close parking is important, do it when you make the reservation. This was one of the best breakfasts we experienced. Take the time to walk around. The street in front had live music and vendors as you walked towards the marina. Loved this hotel! "
