IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- The lift does not reach the flat. You must climb to the top floor on foot via the stairs.

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.

- Pets are not accepted

- 1 air conditioning split unit in the lounge and 1 in each bedroom.

- Outdoor parking space. Upon request and with additional charge.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

Crossing the street you will find Parque del Pinar de Perruquet. During the summer, family shows, open-air cinema and habanera concerts are organised there. This urban park of 2.5 hectares is opposite Pineda beach. It is an ideal space to enjoy the landscape and nature in a privileged location, right on the seafront. You will find hundred-year-old pine trees with curious shapes as a result of the force of nature, together with an artificial pergola that imitates the forms and sinuous movement when winds blow from the sea. It is ideal to walk under the imposing pine forest and let yourself be carried away by the sea breeze whilst the little ones have fun splashing in the pond or swinging in the various children's play areas.
