"I loved everything about this hotel. It’s about 30 mins from Rome City which is great for the ones who don’t want to stay in the crowd. It’s located in a very quite and secluded location. The only reason I don’t give a 5 start is because I wish they had meals available all day instead of the typical Italian hours. Thank you for all you accommodations!"

"The property is set on a hill with beautiful views of the lake. The hotel is decorated quite tastefully. Only improvement i would recommend is the food offered at the hotel."

"Although it was hard to find and a trek to get to the hotel, if you are wanting a beautiful castle room, you must stay here! It was worth it! Pack light! The walk to the hotel is steep and there is no elevator in the hotel. The hotel restaurant is wonderful and convenient."

"The room was spacious and the bathroom especially had a large shower. When we arrived a sign on the door directed us to the coffee shop next-door, and a nice young lady took us upstairs to our room. She explained that we could also receive a free breakfast the next morning at the coffee shop, which consisted of coffee, juice, and a good pastry– nice treat. You may find the stairs to be a challenge if you are not on a lower level since there is no elevator. There is a beautifully decorated kitchen and living room area that is shared by the other guests. We found a well equipped kitchen to make coffee/tea and one else appeared to be using it. There was also no noise from the other guests. Overall it was a positive experience!"

"A wonderful property!! Clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Museums, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance from the hotel. There are numerous thermal baths in the area to choose from within very short driving distance. The staff are all very kind and helpful with recommendations for dining and activities in the area. I recommend Palazzo Ubertini to anyone visiting Viterbo and look forward to returning soon!!"

"Das Haus ist eines der besten Häuser in der Gegend. Es gibt ein wunderschönes Grundstück mit Pool, die Zimmer und die Bäder sind gut eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, dass auch ohne Probleme für größere Gruppen gelocht werden kann. Wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend reisen, werden wir gerne wiederkommen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!"

"Our stay was great. Staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool. Only issue we had was the shuttle service. This could be accessible a lot better. Picking us up they were excellent as there were issues with the train. However is you need a free shuttle to the train station, make sure you do this 24-48 hours in advance! We could not get one the same day and ended up paying nearly 150 euros in taxis to Rome as we missed our train because we couldn't get a shuttle on the same day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."
