"I was very unhappy that on the day of departure I received a phone call telling me that “Expedia overbooked the room you thought you were getting”. With moments to spare before departure for the airport I had to consider and accept a different room. "This flat was perfect for us. We could walk or pick up a rental bike to explore Vienna easily. There also many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the checking in and out process was very easy. My only complaint is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, get ready for the extra workout climbing the spiral stairs case!"

"The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the highlights of Vienna. There is a grocery store just steps away and everything else is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."
