Older property that could use a thorough update. Clean and comfortable and the TV, cable and internet were very good. Customer service was lackluster at best, not unfriendly but not very pleasant either. The customer should not have to initiate the conversation. Overall an okay value since it was only $60 for the night.

Best Kept Secret in Victoria

I was very impressed. The room was very clean. And the surroundings had a quiet atmosphere. Housekeepers were friendly and helpful. The owners run a type ship and i felt safe there. Would stay there again for sure! Thank you😁

Great mom and pop motel in Victoria TX

Safe, comfortable place to spend the night before fishing. Cold AC, good bed and pillows, and the parking is right in front of the door.

Check in and out was easy person on the spot. Room was Spartan, but 4" mattress cover pad was comfortable and 55" screen tv. No carpet floor was cold. Took a while to take chill out of the air...bring slippers, socks to thin. Floor clean no dirty socks or feet...
