"When looking at this listing it was misleading as we had to pay $15 extra dollars for bedding. There was only a bath house for a restroom which was shared by the whole campground. Per pictures we thought the yurts had to share the bath house but that the cabins had a restroom in them. The yurts came with bedding but the cabins do not. We arrived at 1300 and we were told to wait til 3 pm to check in. We went and did our outdoor activities and when we arrived back after 6 pm there was a sign...

"I booked this place for my husband and kids to have a couple of nights away for Father’s Day weekend. It was extremely clean and well equipped with everything they needed. The kids had a blast in the hot tub and playing in the yard. Plenty of towels and every thing they needed. The owners even left a special surprise for the kids. Highly recommend. We will be back!"

"This was great maintain cottage and certainly a better experience than a hotel or motel. It is in a nice location, but the road to the place might get your attention. That said... the road to the place is very quiet and private. The place is close to a LOT of interesting sights- like the entrance to Pike Peaks, A few miles from The Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellers and Manitou Springs (lot of shopping). Everything worked as expected in the house. A Walmart is within 5 miles for...

"The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...
