- All lights must be turned off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our Valley
- There is a window air conditioning unit in the dining area, but we do not have central A/C
- NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)
- While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
- Our valley is growing, so construction projects may occur in the neighborhood and in site of the home.
