"Staff amazing we arrived after 830pm and she was very helpfully. The check in was a breeze ! Nothing too much trouble letting us all pay individually and sorting invoice for work. Also let us order a pizza and beers as was later than they normally serve . All done with a great smile .5⭐️+ service .🙏. Thankyou."

"Close to the Arch, this is a comfortable hotel and but not fancy. There is a nice outdoor pool and good breakfast to you can take out to the patio. We had to ask about air conditioning (it was a ailable but not turned on)."

"We arrived before 18:00 so reception was closed. It was possible to place a telephone call and someone would come. Our English phones do not work in France to make calls. However, there was someone around to call the receptionist and so opened quickly. Food was very good both in the evening and for breakfast. Secure parking for our motorbike was reassuring."

"I’ll always stay here when passing through Montelimar and this is my second stay. The owner is just so nice, it’s spotlessly clean, beds are very comfortable and the dinner is superb. The pool area is great for relaxing."

"Propre certe, mais très insuffisant au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine du mobilier et des rangements en général. Même pas une tablette au dessus du lavabo de la SDB pour poser sa brosse à dents ! Un barbecue symbolique pour jouer à la poupée... où on doit pouvoir,en serrant bien, faire cuire 4 chipolatas... Et pour finir pas de chauffage ( radiateurs condamnés) avec une météo pas terrible : on a pas eu très chaud !C'est vraiment à peine à la hauteur du tarif.HEUREUSEMENT l'Ardèche est magnifique !"

"The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with outdoor pool and spa facilities which looked excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked but the hotel did advise me, my only comment would be though that there was no kettle to allow you to make a drink in your room which was disappointing especially when you was not dining in the restaurant, it would be sensible to offer one even if not in each room"
