"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. "The apartment was in the heart of Verona with easy access to everything. The apartment had some a/c which was nice! Only catch was the listing is advertised as having parking available but it isn’t really an option. However, the hotel made fantastic arrangements to park in a secure garage and shuttle to the apartment. It was very smooth and easy, all for €32. I would recommend staying here."

"A little difficult to find as there’s no sign and you must press the buzzer next to the small Casamore label at the base of the building. But the room was spacious and clean. The amenities were tea, coffee, a coffee machine, biscuits and a microwave. This made it easy to make a quick meal. Very friendly and attentive staff in person and on WhatsApp."
