"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. I ended up bringing in a blanket from my car to place over...

"The host Matthew was very accommodating and responsive. We had to delay our trip a week because of the wildfires and he worked with us. The apartment was clean and as advertised. The location was convenient with access to Hollywood and West Hollywood restaurants and things to do. We used it as a base to take several day trips which worked out great. The tandom parking was also welcome since our daughter lives nearby. The only thing we were disappointed in was the gym but we found an LA Fitness...
