"-Room cleaned every day -Staff was friendly -Air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly When too hot you can not reset the gage for the right temperature -the hair dryer was making noise and it was dangerously hot -hygiene, I asked for new tea cup, the cleaner took my cups in bathroom washed and gave it to me. I was shocked, I don’t know what to say. -toilets bowl was clean but the back of the toilet seat yellow poo stains, hairs. And I saw they were cleaning the room and all the new bad...

"Stayed here last minute before leaving Milan and so glad we did. In a quiet area of town, perfect for our family of 4 and easily accessible by highway. Rooms were super spacious for us, hotel was spotless, and the gym and breakfast areas were much better than expected. 5 stars all around!"
