  • Elegant renovated studio that can accommodate 2 people.

    Located in the city center of Verdun, close to sites and shops.

    A completely renovated studio located on the ground floor of a building with 1 double bed of 140*200 in hotel quality.
    A small bathroom with shower and WC.

    The living room with sofa, coffee table, television, books, board games, fiber optic wifi and a fully equipped open kitchen including a Nespresso machine and a standing table.

    Bed linen is provided and the bed is made upon your arrival.

    Regarding parking, it is possible to park free on the street but also in the nearby car park.

Very difficult communication with the agency either for a change of accomodation period and also check in information. The flat is quite dark and noisy environment. It could have been cleaner as well.

Negative reviewShortly after arrival, it turned out that the sewage system was clogged. Wastewater was coming up through the shower drain. This was only resolved the following day by a plumber. We only spoke to the owner by phone. He did not come by and did not offer any apology for the inconvenience .There is a washingmachine , but no way to dry your launsry. Furthermore there was no tea towel and not enough toilet paper. Coffee is provided , but there is no milk, no tea and no sugar.There was a large mold growth on the wall nest to the bed.Conclusion: Look for another place to stay.

Gezellige ruimte. Alles aanwezig. Tv met cast-mogelijkheid. Badkamer erg krap, op toilet moeten zitten met schuifdeur maar net dicht. Met 1 pas zit je vanuit je bed op het toilet. Tweede nacht was het erg vochtig in de ruimte. Er kon geen klapraam open, was geen ventilatie. Locatie dicht bij de winkelstraten, centrum. Parkeren gratis, straat verderop dus dat was super.

Je connaissais déjà l'appartement et, comme toujours, tout était parfait à l'heure de mon arrivée mais, ce que je voudrais souligner c'est surtout la disponibilité de la propriétaire, c'est vraiment rassurant d'avoir une réponse immédiate de sa part à tout moment. Très recommandable !

Un séjour très agréable

L'appartement est petit mais très bien aménagé, idéal pour une seule personne ou pour un couple, très propre et avec des détails sympas, tels que des capsules de café ou du gel dans la douche qui facilitent l'arrivé, surtout quand on arrive tard dans la nuit. La propriétaire est toujours disponible et répond vite et de manière efficace face aux doutes ou aux imprévus. Je répéterai.
