"Staff outshined. I just had surgery, they met me with a wheelchair to take me to my room and took me from my room back to our vehicle when we checked out. Something so small meant so much."

"Parking was a problem…had to circle the lot a lot to find a space…seems that you are competing with casino visitors for hotel parking spaces.. the only other issue I had was the toilet size..So small that it was uncomfortable to use..especially for a man. "Very unhappy with my stay. They have machines to check in. 1st machine wouldn't read my ID. 2nd machine wouldn't take my debit card. Had to go to dest to check in. Got to hetel 1 hour early. Was charged $10 + tax for early check in. Was then told for $18+ I could uprade to room closer to casino. I declined. Was then given vague directions to building room was in. Building really run down. Room was worse than Motel 6 as air conditioner made horrible noise. Next morning we went to check out arcade. Sign said closed 'till 3pm. Wouldn't have been able to go previous day because it was closed Monday. Never staying here again."

"Pleasantly surprised! We've stayed in the area before and had an OK room, which cost more. This Place! The Cedar Glen Lodge was very nicely located in a not to buy area, but close to everything. The property and facility were clean and well maintained. The staff was personable, informative, and professional. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable; with all the necessities (microwave, fridge, safe, good water pressure with plenty of hot water, and a comfortable bed. This will definitely be our "Go To" place when we're in the area. For the price... It's prob the best you're going to get, and it's well worth it!"
