"We had a three o'clock check in.We got there at eleven o'clock.They told us to sit down and wait.We checked in online from our phone.Then, we went to see a person who told us that at three o'clock, we have to line up somewhere.They didn't speak english.So there was a little problem at three o'clock.It was like a long line at TSA.Fifty people waiting on one line to get envelope.That tells you what room you're in,I don't know why they could not have given us our room # , so we didn't have to wait...
