"The house was clean, but to many spider. The first day, I got rid of four spiders, every day after I killed at least three every day. I’ll report it the incident with the property manager."

"Amazing experience! It has been my husband‘s dream to sleep overnight on a large boat. This was a beautiful boat with all the amenities that we needed! It is in an absolutely beautiful harbor! We enjoyed just sitting out on the aft deck of the boat and relaxing! And if you’re wondering if the boat rocks, it rocks very little. We never noticed it rocking. We walked to dinner and breakfast which we love to do! We are already planning our next day on this boat!"

"This is a great house for a family or a group of adults. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds and easy access to bathrooms. We loved it for our family because there was a room that had four twin beds and a pullout couch for the kids.It was clean and ready for us. So many fun toys, ping pong, basketball game, and places to spread out. The kitchen is amazing, as well as the sitting room adjacent to it and the dining room. We ate outside a lot and really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot...

"Cozy room, well organized, cute location."

"Eva's place was perfect for what we needed. She was immediately responsive whenever we needed to communicate. The place was cute, clean and had everything we needed. Plus a nice little yard space to sit in if we only had the time. Pet friendly. And she was great about accommodating our son as he was able to get last minute leave and join us for the weekend. Great location, near Lake Casitas and Ventura. We will look to stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks for hosting Eva!"

"Bed was really comfortable! The place was quiet and clean. I would go back however, when we we’re loading the car to leave I was still in the room and someone that lived in the main house slammed the gate to the room! Just thought that was slightly odd and rude???"

"Very nice VRBO in Oak View. (West end of Ojai. Only a 15-minute drive to downtown Ojai). VERY nicely decorated with loads of cushy outdoor lounge chairs and sofas. And several water features. Also a sauna, hot tub and pool! Surfounded by lots of oak trees. And a short drive to Lake Casitas via back streets. Also 2 very friendly donkeys that love to be fed treats! The owner, Mary, calls the property "Bird's Nest", which is very apropos. A pair of Scrub Jays are around a lot and sit on posts on...

"Lovely and quiet neighborhood, wish we brought bikes to ride around! We also really appreciated how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The room and bathroom were also extremely spacious. Would love to stay here again : )"
