As everything you need to feel both at home, and on vacation, are accounted for, and provided. Inside natural stone, soft woods, tile & leather surround you. A Wood Burning Fireplace, adds comfort and elegance . Outdoors. Seating & Dining options abound. Amenities include, Pool. Shuffleboard & Bocce Ball. An Arts and Crafts Cabin. Fire Pit. And much more. **See Notes** Designed and built by locally admired architect (there are 16 distinct and beautiful examples of this work in the neighborhood). Thoughtfully remodeled, to reflect Venice's famous beaches, and nautical history - this coastal home is a blend of traditional Florida aesthetics + artisanal modern craftsmanship with sliding glass doors access throughout. Natural materials, eastern light with an evening cool, and an open floor plan within a shaded screened lanai sunroom, including an additional study and office area provide gathering areas for family activities while private nooks for work and rest are tucked away, Notes of "citrus" upon the breeze from Lemon Bay enhance sunset siestas upon the white sandy beaches. Guests are welcome to entertain, relax, and request any company from myself; as I am always available, and happy to provide any and all amenities to assure you have a wonderful stay.
