Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
L'hôte a annulé notre réservation après notre arrivée sur place. Nous avons vu son message arriver sous nos yeux alors que nous étions devant l'appartement où nous devions loger et que nous sonnions chez lui pour récupérer les clefs.Nous nous sommes retrouvés à Mestre avec nos 5 enfants, sans logement, et avons dû chercher une solution d'urgence pour ne pas dormir dans la rue. Nous n'avons même pas été remboursés intégralement des frais de cette réservation annulée de manière totalement irrespectueuse. C'est absolument inadmissible. Merci de procéder au remboursement intégral (la taxe de séjour de 56 euros ne nous a pas été remboursée). Bien cordialement Cécile Godart 06 73 70 40 92
