- Experiece Gulf and The Intercoastal Waterway views on the penthouse level with a walk-out enclosed lanai providing 180-degree views of white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters, the famous Venice jetty, Intercostal highway, Bird Island, Snake Island, and Roberts Bay. The beautiful Venice beach is just minutes below and the sunsets are spectacular and unique every night. Walking distance to the Jetty, Restaurants, Yacht Club, Freedom Boat Club, Venice Youth Boating and sailing, bike & kayak rentals, and much more. This 2 bedroom includes a King Suite with ensuite and a queen suite with ensuite and bonus twin bed. A Cabinet Bed in the living room under the TV holds a queen-size memory foam mattress. Beach Views from every window. High-speed wireless internet, smart TVs, and digital cable are provided in the living room and both suites. Six Beach Chairs and Two Umbrellas are provided. This is a once in a lifetime view!
