Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. "The property was very nice. The kitchen was very useful, as well as the storage cabinets. Some areas like the entrance to the room and the bathroom were very tight spaces, but manageable and well worth it for the price and location. Location was great -- very close to a Metro station and bus stop, and surrounding area was very safe (there was a school right across the street). There is no live receptionist, everything is self-managed with any issues communicated digitally with an agent....
