"I had a bit of an issue with check in- my phone won't work when I'm abroad but I was assured before I left that the digital key works with the wifi. It did not. However, the online customer service was quick to respond and offered a solution in the form of a physical key which I was able to access in one of the communal areas, so I was in within 10 minutes. No issues after that. The room was great, bright and airy with huge windows. Clean as could be. The bathroom was really nice, with stone...

"Great Bargain"

"Small issue with the bathroom but that was resolved quickly due to very responsive comms from the host. Apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. Location was good, things were tidy. Small criticism around the shower and how it leaks over the whole bathroom, making the entire floor *incredibly* slippy for a long period after, but other than that, really no complaints whatsoever"

"Toppen! Ett boende där hyresvärden tänkt på i princip allt in i minsta detalj. Saknade inget."

"Would recommend! It's about 5 min walk to the M2 metro line, a small convenience store 1 min walk away. Located in a very quiet neighborhood as well. Easy check-in check-out process, decent size room with everything you need, even has laundry on-site. Only small thing is the bathroom has no ventilation, so we had to keep the bathroom door slightly open and keep the room window open as well when showering, I imagine this is not an issue in the summer but during winter it might become a problem....

"Nette en hip ingerichte accommodatie, met goede koffie! Wel kwartiertje lopen van dichtstbijzijnde metrostation. Tip: deelfietsen van Donkey Republic staan vlakbij het hotel"

"Clean comfortable room. Good amenities. Great communication from Numa including easy check-in. Good location. Ok value for money. Room size just acceptable for a single traveller; impossible for a couple."

"Godt sted til afslapning"

"Struttura molto centrale vicina alle maggiori attrazioni. Il quartiere e ben servizio dai mezzi di trasporto. Personale molto attivo nelle comunicazione e informazioni. Ottimo il programma di informazioni e consigli, Nelle vicinanze molti negozi per le varie necessità. Consiglierei alla proprietà di aggiungere, almeno nel nostro appartamento, qualche armadietto in piu' dove riporre gli effetti personali. Per il resto soggiorno piacevole. Grazie"

"Great central location. Train and bus are right across the street. Many tourist areas are within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Some noise from the train/bus area nearby, so maybe request a courtyard room if you are a light sleeper."

"Excellent location where you can find many restaurants around and close to many sightseeing spots. It only takes around 15 mins to reach the metro station to go to the airport. We booked the apartment type and didn’t know no housekeeping unless you stay more than 4 nights. The room is spacious, however, as the bathroom is wet room type, the bathroom is wet everywhere after shower. The evening complimentary drink is a nice gesture."

"The property was clean and comfortable. Amenities were perfect. Excellent location to access food and transportation. The staff were awesome."

"After we reached they told me that i needed to wait and fill documents for all of us and wait for confirmation!! We were waiting outside the apartment with our luggage just for confirmation!! Why they didn’t send us that from before ??"

"We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning...

"Clover House was perfect for our stay in that it felt like home away from home."

"The bathroom definitely needs a facelift, although the kitchen looks like newly remodeled. Check-in instruction was not precise as we weren’t told exactly the lockbox location in the building. The unit is in a public housing complex, with barebone furnishings even to Danish minimalism standards. We requested for a quiet unit, but assigned to one that is directly facing parking lot and garbage collection yard, let alone there was a repair work exteriorly right under our windows for the entire...
