"Stayed here for two nights on my final stop in Gran Canaria. The basics are solid. Staff were professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. No issues there. I also appreciated that underground parking was included. That said, this property is clearly geared toward business travelers, not solo leisure stays. For what you get, it felt overpriced. "Irme took good care of us. He picked us up from the airport. He dropped us off at the airport and gave us breakfast and lots of advice on how to get around. A very pleasant experience, and a very helpful host! Highly recommended!"

"We had booked to stay here for two nights, the night before we were due to arrive they cancelled the second night on us due to an administrative error. We asked to check in early due to inconvenience which they agreed to, when we turned up the room was not ready, due to some 'crazy' previous guests.
