"The rooms were VERY hot with almost no ventilation. The ceiling was very low. I kept bumping my head. The toilet /shower area was cramped. No soap provided in either sink or bathroom. Breakfast was good. We were not permitted in the backyard which is featured in the photo. I would not recommend this place. "

"Great location for a stopover or a short visit in Langres. The hotel and rooms are clean, small though, but for the purpose of getting a good night sleep and taking a shower it is an excellent choice. It's called IBIS budget for a reason, hence do not expect a luxury hotel. My rating is relative to the property category. I would go back anytime."

"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...
